Terms of Use

Information about using the DGA website, freight enquiries and the relationship between website content and shipment arrangements.

Effective Date: October 13, 2026

01. Introduction

These terms concern the website at www.dgagloballogistics.com, operated by Shanghai DGA Global Logistics Co., Ltd. (DGA), whose Chinese legal name is 上海达伽航国际物流有限公司. They explain the intended use of the website and the distinction between general website information and arrangements for a particular shipment.

These are the Website Terms of Use. They are not a freight forwarding contract, bill of lading, insurance contract, customs agency agreement or booking agreement. They do not set the terms for every shipment described or discussed through the website. The way these website terms will apply to visitors remains subject to business confirmation and legal review.

02. Website Information and Permitted Use

The website provides company information, descriptions of logistics services and solutions, trade lane information, case studies, general shipping references and ways to contact DGA about a shipment. These materials help visitors understand the business and begin an informed discussion.

Please use the website and its contact channels for lawful purposes. Do not deliberately disrupt the website, attempt to access systems without authorisation, introduce harmful material or misuse contact channels.

03. Freight Services and Availability

DGA’s freight forwarding and shipment coordination services include ocean freight, air freight, rail and road transport, express shipping, China origin services, and project cargo and breakbulk arrangements.

The arrangements available for a particular shipment depend on the route, cargo characteristics, available transport options, carrier requirements, destination conditions, necessary documents and the service scope confirmed for that shipment. Special cargo, project cargo and any door-to-door requirements need a case-specific review. A service description does not establish that every cargo type, route or destination can be accepted.

References to coordination, handling or facilities do not mean that every operation is carried out using DGA-owned assets. Case studies and operational records should be read in the context stated on each page. They do not establish that another shipment will have the same arrangements or outcome.

04. Enquiries, Quotations and Booking

An enquiry begins a discussion. Submitting the website’s Request a Quote form is a request for review, not a formal transport contract, a guaranteed quotation or automatic acceptance of a shipment or transport agreement. DGA may need to review the cargo, route and requested services before discussing a quotation or proposed arrangement. An enquiry, a quotation discussion, confirmation of arrangements and an actual booking are distinct steps.

You can submit an enquiry through the published Request a Quote form, contact DGA by email or WhatsApp, or use the Tawk.to chat service where available. Supporting-document upload is currently disabled on the quote form. A form acknowledgement indicates enquiry handling rather than confirmation of price, cargo acceptance, capacity or booking. Opening an email or messaging application does not itself send a message or establish that DGA has received it.

The validity and scope of a quotation, any price changes, the confirmation process and any payment or booking terms need to be addressed for the specific proposed arrangement. These terms do not set a standard quotation period, payment deadline or automatic order acceptance rule. DGA’s statement “Reply within 24 hours” concerns an enquiry response; it is not a promise of a final quotation, confirmed space or cargo acceptance within that period.

05. Shipment Information and Customer Responsibilities

When contacting DGA, please share the information you know and identify anything that still needs to be confirmed. Useful details include the origin or port of loading, destination or port of discharge, cargo description, package details, weight and dimensions, ready date, service requirements and any special cargo attributes. An initial discussion can begin with the available information; every detail need not be final at the first enquiry.

Please make the information as accurate as you can and let DGA know if material details change during the discussion. Supporting documents may be needed depending on the cargo, carrier, route and destination. Providing a photo or document does not itself confirm cargo classification or acceptance for transport.

These information requests help DGA understand and review an enquiry. Shipment-specific responsibilities need to be addressed as part of the relevant arrangement.

06. Website Content and Intellectual Property

The DGA name and website content, including text, photographs, graphics and case materials, may be protected by intellectual property rights. Rights may belong to DGA, licensors or other third parties. The appearance of a third-party name, mark, item of equipment or image does not mean that DGA owns those rights.

If you would like to reproduce or reuse website material, contact DGA to clarify the relevant rights and any permission that may be needed. The permitted scope of reuse depends on the material, applicable licences and applicable law. Uses permitted by applicable law are unaffected.

07. Accuracy and Availability of Website Information

Website information introduces DGA's business and provides general reference material. Routes, transport options, carrier arrangements and service conditions can change. Images, examples and case studies should be read in their stated context; they are not the final specifications or contract conditions for another shipment.

Please confirm the information relevant to your cargo and proposed route with DGA. Actual shipment arrangements are subject to the applicable quotation, booking confirmation, service agreement and shipment documents confirmed for that arrangement. Website access may also be interrupted by maintenance or technical issues.

08. Third-Party Links and Communications

Email links open an email application, WhatsApp links lead to an external communication service, and Tawk.to provides an integrated third-party chat service. Other external links, where present, may take you to information or services operated by third parties. Those services may have their own terms and privacy practices, which should be considered when using them.

A link does not by itself establish a partnership, endorsement or verification of all third-party content. Using an external channel does not remove DGA’s responsibility for information DGA receives and handles in responding to you. Questions about a DGA enquiry can be raised through the contact details below.

09. Privacy and Personal Information

Information about personal data handling is provided in the separate Privacy Policy, effective October 13, 2026.

This page does not create a separate set of data-retention, international-transfer or cookie rules. The Terms of Use and Privacy Policy must be checked together against the active quote form, email and WhatsApp channels, Tawk.to chat and technical services, and reviewed again before any future attachment-upload or additional data-collection feature is activated.

10. Relationship to Separate Service Agreements

General website information and a specific logistics arrangement have different purposes. The service scope and any shipment documents relevant to an arrangement need to be identified and confirmed for that arrangement.

The relationship between these website terms and any separate service agreement, and the actual quotation and shipment-confirmation process, remain PENDING BUSINESS CONFIRMATION and legal review.

11. Changes to These Terms

The website terms may be updated as website features, information and services change. Effective Date: October 13, 2026. Any revised version should state its effective date.

The method of notifying visitors about future changes and the application of a revised version remain PENDING BUSINESS CONFIRMATION and legal review.
