What information do you need for an air freight quote?
Share the origin and destination (a city, airport or address is fine), commodity, cargo ready date, packages, gross weight, dimensions and volume. Tell us about special cargo and any pickup or delivery requirements. Packing lists, cargo photos and supporting documents help the review.
When should I choose air freight instead of ocean freight?

How do weight and dimensions affect an air freight shipment?
Weight, package dimensions and volume help define the cargo for routing and handling review. Send gross weight and the dimensions of the packed cargo, with units, so DGA can review the shipment requirements. Pricing and applicable conditions are confirmed for the specific shipment.
Can DGA collect cargo from multiple suppliers before air shipment?
Yes. DGA can coordinate supplier pickup, consolidation and cargo preparation in China where requested and agreed. Share supplier pickup locations, package details and cargo ready dates so the collection and preparation scope can be reviewed.
Can you handle batteries or other special cargo by air?
Special cargo is reviewed case by case, subject to cargo details, MSDS or supporting documents, carrier requirements and destination regulations. Share product information and packing details before booking. Acceptance is confirmed only after the relevant review.
