Should I use FCL or LCL for ocean freight?
FCL uses a full container for your shipment. LCL consolidates smaller shipments in a shared container. Share the cargo volume, weight, route and timing so DGA can review which option fits your requirements.
When should I choose air freight instead of ocean freight?
Air freight may be a better fit when transit time is a higher priority. The choice also depends on cargo size, weight, route and budget. DGA can review these requirements with you before a shipping method is selected.
Can DGA collect cargo from multiple suppliers in China?
Yes. DGA can coordinate supplier pickup, consolidation and warehousing in China, along with inspection, packing and export customs coordination before international transport. Share the supplier locations and cargo details to discuss the scope.
Can you handle oversized or special cargo?
DGA can review heavy, oversized and non-containerized cargo for project-specific coordination. Acceptance is subject to cargo details, MSDS/document review, carrier acceptance and destination requirements. Please provide dimensions, weight and relevant documents before arrangements are confirmed.
What information do you need to recommend a shipping method?
Please share the origin and destination, commodity, package count, dimensions, gross weight, volume and expected shipping date. Include any special handling requirements and relevant cargo documents so DGA can review the available options.
