PROJECT CARGO QUESTIONS

Before we plan.

Share the cargo description, quantity, packed dimensions and weight per piece where available, packing status, origin, destination and ready date. Cargo photos, drawings and handling notes help the review. If you do not have every detail, start with what is available.

DGA can review heavy and oversized equipment for project-specific transport and handling coordination. Options depend on the dimensions, weight, packing, route, local operating conditions and carrier availability. Acceptance and the scope are confirmed for each shipment.

Breakbulk may be reviewed for cargo that does not suit a standard container arrangement. The transport equipment and loading method are selected after reviewing the cargo, route, handling requirements and available transport options.

DGA can coordinate packing review, required cargo preparation and loading at origin within the agreed scope. Share photos, the packing status and any available handling or lifting notes so the practical requirements can be reviewed.

DGA can coordinate export customs preparation and shipping document support. Requirements depend on the cargo, export documentation and applicable regulations; customs approval is not guaranteed.

Destination handling and delivery requirements are reviewed for each project based on the cargo, port, route and local operating conditions. Only the destination services specifically confirmed for the shipment are included.

Transport and handling options depend on cargo dimensions, weight, packing, route, destination requirements and carrier availability. Share the information you have; you do not need to select a vessel or transport equipment in advance.
